Wellington Tree Program – Sign Up Form: Tree Program Update:   While we don't yet have an official ordinance change completed (the process involves a lot of discussion, approval from the legal team, and two public readings) it's in progress and should be ready to go before planting begins.   That said: It is time to request your trees! If you are interested in having a tree planted in your yard or right-of-way/easement this fall/winter, please fill out this form. Please complete your form as soon as possible; trees and tree varieties are first come, first served. The deadline to request a tree with this form is Oct 24, 2025.
